  • Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
  • Their Support Team will guide you through the necessary steps for evaluation, including providing photos or videos if required.

5. Warranty Resolution:

  • If the product is found to be covered under the warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished item, or provide a refund or store credit.
  • If we determine that the issue is not covered under warranty, we will inform you of your replacement options.

6. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty evaluation. Lekkie will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.
