1. Returns for Incorrect or Defective Products:

If you have received a part different from what you ordered, or if your product is defective, we apologize for any inconvenience. In such cases, we will promptly send you the correct part at our expense, including shipping costs. Please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the return or exchange process.

2. Returns for Other Reasons:

For all other returns, including change of mind, customers may return the product in its new and unused condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original packaging and with all accessories and documentation to be eligible for a refund or credit.

3. Refund or Store Credit:

Upon receiving your returned item in new and unused condition, we offer two options:

a. Refund: You may opt for a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive the returned item. If payment was made via credit card or PayPal, there will be a 5% refund fee to cover the cost of using the payment service. 

b. Store Credit: Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit for the returned item, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Store credit will be issued within 5 business days from the date of processing your return.

4. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

      • Securely package the item, including all original packaging and accessories.

      • Include a copy of your purchase receipt.

      • Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.

    Please note that any returned item that does not meet the specified return conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
