Lekkie Limited can ship pretty much anywhere in the world. If your country is not listed as a ship-able address, please contact us.
Shipping is via DHL and takes 5 to 7 days.

TAXES, duties and fees

Import duties, fees and taxes are payable by the receiver. Please ensure you understand what these are before purchasing. Lekkie will not refund if you refuse your parcel because of the cost of import taxes and duties. Many countries threshold for import value is quite low. We ship with your invoice value so please check your countries customs website for more information. If you feel unsure, contact us and we can work out the landed cost with you.

If the value of your order is above your countries tax free threshold expect to pay,

1. DHL processing fee $20USD approx.
2. Your countries goods Tax.
3. Imposed duties for imported bike parts.  Check HS code 871496 for your countries duties.


Returning product from overseas is a real challenge. Lets try to avoid it.

Please make sure you are ordering the correct part. If you are unsure, contact us, we can make sure you are getting the right part.

If you accidentally choose the wrong part, you can ship it back to us at your cost and pay the freight cost for the replacement parts providing the parts are still in brand new, unmarked condition. Or try and sell it and buy the correct part.

If the part you received is faulty, contact us and we will ship you a new part at our cost.



At Lekkie we want you to use Lekkie parts for Life. We want you to always be happy with your Lekkie product.
If you receive your product and there is a problem, contact us and we will work with you to quickly put it right.

If your product fails at any time during its life, we want to know. Send us photos and how it was set up on the bike. We will work with you to work out what happened so we can improve our future models. We will also help you with new product and bike set up to get the best out of your Lekkie product.

If your product is damaged on receipt, talk with us and we will work with you and DHL to find a resolution. Please tell us immediatly.

If your product is faulty when you recieve it, contact us and we will ship you a new one.

If you have an issue within a year of fitting your Lekkie product, we will evaluate the issue and replace your part.

If you have had years of great performance with your Lekkie product and could not be happier when it finally wears out, share your story and we will give some love back with a discount on your new parts.

Some things we ask,
Be fair. If you trash you part in a crash or a way over powered bike, be honest, tell us about it and we can offer a discount on a new part.
If your part has a problem, talk to us first before going to the world on social media. Lekkie are very good at putting things right. Get some Lekkie service, then go on social media.


Lekkie Limited is committed to providing goods and services in accordance with all privacy regulations, including the policies advised by the Privacy Commissioner of New Zealand. Any information we collect from you will only be used for the purposes of conducting our business, improving our site, supplying you with our products and services and keeping you informed about aspects of our business that may be of interest to you.
