If you receive your product and there is a problem, contact us and we will work with you to quickly put it right.

If your Lekkie product fails within one year of fitting, we will evaluate the failure cause and in most cases, replace your part.

If your product fails at any time during its life, we want to know what happened so we can improve our future models. We will also help you choose a new product and bike set up to get the best out of your Lekkie components.

If you have had years of great performance with your Lekkie product and could not be happier when it finally wears out, share your story and we will give some love back with a discount on your new parts.
